Active Writing Therapy

Combining writing therapy and nature, these workshops will take you through guided, creative exercises to engage mindfulness, and a stronger sense of self.

You will be able to access the roof garden at The Word during these session where you can also discover and write about the impact being outdoors has on our mental health.

These are fun, supportive, and engaging group sessions, with no pressure or expectations for you to share your work unless you want to.

£10 per session, booking required.

Workshops take place on the second Saturday of every month, 1.30-3.30pm.
