• Reference to DfE complaints guidance / policy and procedure
• Understanding of typical complaints submitted to schools and external "bodies" about schools
• Good practice - responding to complaints
• Time for discussion with colleagues - shared issues / resolutions

Expected Impact on Schools:

• Attendees will have an opportunity to reflect on their school's complaints policy and procedures
• Increased awareness of strategies to resolve issues at an earlier stage and reduce the likelihood of escalation
