This training is designed to equip school staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a positive and regulated learning environment. By the end of the session delegates should have:

• Increased understanding of theoretical foundations with practical strategies to support children and young people
• Improved understanding of how to manage their own emotions and behaviours as well as co-regulation techniques to support students
• Developed strategies and techniques to create a supportive, calm and productive classroom atmosphere
